Commissioning procedure
Every step is documented; this provides the basis for maintaining the warranty.
Inspection of pipe connections, pump unit installation, protection systems and cable connections.
Start-up with measurement of all required values, followed by a check of the automation system after the station starts.
The service centre prepares an official commissioning report.
With correct installation and compliance with operating conditions, a pump or pumping station requires virtually no maintenance.
Self-commissioning or a service centre
The difference is not only in the quality of work: the commissioning method determines when the warranty begins and who pays to correct errors.

We guarantee timely work to high quality standards and advise on the further operation of the equipment.
If we assembled the unit — pump unit and pumping station manufacture — it is commissioned by the same team of specialists. After start-up, the equipment can be placed under contract service maintenance.
