We have more than eight years of experience in industrial pump repair. We provide on-site service and customer visits, alongside a high-quality repair and assembly workshop for a broad range of industrial and commercial pump units.
What service and repair includes
Our pump equipment maintenance and repair programme includes:
- inspections at defined intervals and scope;
- planned replacement of pump parts based on condition and operating hours;
- planned replacement of lubricating and cooling fluids, and lubrication based on condition and operating hours;
- planned repair based on condition and operating hours.
For planned maintenance, we use original pump equipment spare parts and refurbish or replace worn assemblies, including mechanical seal replacement.
Repair of all types of industrial pumps
We carry out pump maintenance and repair work across a wide range of industries:
- food processing;
- power plants;
- engineering and metalworking;
- chemical and petrochemical processing facilities;
- waste management and processing facilities.
By repair method, work falls into two categories:
- routine repair — correcting failures and faults by replacing worn parts other than base components;
- major repair — restoring components and assemblies through weld build-up and thermal spraying. Any part, including base components, may be replaced.
The group holds a licence for industrial safety activities. Its scope includes the operation of hazardous production facilities and the installation and commissioning of technical equipment used at those facilities.

Centrifugal pumps
Routine, emergency, warranty and post-warranty repair. Mechanical seal replacement, shaft alignment, and vibration and noise elimination.
Sewage pumps and stations
Unpleasant odours, flooding or unusual noise are signs of a fault. We diagnose and resolve the issue.
Heating pumps
Fault correction, correct installation and circuit sizing, design adjustments, and commissioning and repair of electronics.
Pump electric motors
Motor rewinding, repair of rotor shafts, keyways and pulley seats, and vibration analysis.
Emergency repair of pump equipment
Our engineers resolve pump equipment emergencies and help keep it operational throughout its service life. Response time is up to 8 working hours, available 24/7.
Unexpected pump failure or blockage can stop a production line, so we respond to emergency requests as a priority.
