SCADA system development
Supervisory control systems for enterprises: monitoring and control of decentralised process operations from one location, with all events logged.
SCADA supervisory control system development
Monitoring and effective control of decentralised process operations are achieved through SCADA-based supervisory control. PUMPTECH Group develops these systems for enterprises.
A turnkey designed system enables operators to control all processes and events, providing visual representation, data storage and display, fault detection and notifications.
The systems work with controllers from different manufacturers through various communication protocols and the OPC standard.

How the system works
The architecture consists of hardware—controllers and remote terminals—and software that collects and displays data.
Machines, pumps, motors, sensors and HMI panels are sources of process data.
Microcomputers that interact with equipment and transfer information to the supervisory level.
SCADA processes, distributes and displays data for operators and specialists.
Information is accessed through a separate internal network; the communication method depends on the hardware.
How it works in practice
The system notifies the operator that the number of defective items in a batch has increased. The operator stops the conveyor, reviews the data through the HMI and identifies the faulty section. The problem is fixed before the entire batch is lost.
The interface automatically generates a hierarchy of windows and process diagrams and includes an alarm-message section and scalable graphics.
Supervisory control system capabilities
- Web Server-based architecture
- Software operation as a Windows service
- Integration and full compatibility with SQL Server
- OPC standard support for equipment from different manufacturers
- Process visualisation with dynamic graphic objects
- Full monitoring and control using dynamic objects
- No limits on the number of variables, graphic windows, control functions, data logging or reports
- Connection of multiple remote users, each with their own access level
- Logging and storage of selected parameters, variables and events without limits on the number or type of signals
- Creation of objects, variables and logic tasks directly in the system software
- Monitoring of alarm values and conditions with flexible configuration by alarm type and time parameters, without using a PLC
- Display of alarms and events in a separate window with filters by class, type and status
- Operating schedules and timetables through a graphical interface
- Configurable event and report windows with built-in filters
- Scaling and resizing of graphic windows during operation
For system access from a phone or tablet, we develop mobile applications for SCADA and HMI. Software commissioning of the system is included in commissioning services.
