Terms & Warranty Terms

THIS PAGE STATES THE TERMS OF THE COMMERCIAL WARRANTY (BEFORE THE "WARRANTY") PROVIDED TO END BUYERS. THIS WARRANTY WILL APPLY ONLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS A CHECK AND WARRANTY CARD.

BUYER defined as a natural or legal person who uses the product of "PUMPTECHNOGIES" (the "Company") in commercial, industrial, professional or trade purposes, which can provide proof of ownership, receipt and warranty card as proof of purchase.

Warranty conditions and scope

The Company, subject to the terms and conditions set out below, during the warranty period referred to in paragraph 3, must:

To repair or replace, free of charge, the product (s) indicated in the warranty card or any of its component parts (at a place called "Equipment"), which, in the opinion of the Company, are found to be defective.

The Company's liability under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement and will under no circumstances cover any financial loss or damage, including consequential damages, allegedly incurred by the end customer.

Subject to the terms of this Warranty and unless the equipment has been sold to a person acting as a consumer, all warranties, conditions or other conditions provided by law are excluded in full.

Nothing in this warranty excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.

Terms of Use

We strongly recommend that you contact the Company's service department by phone +375297777373 before deciding on an application for warranty repair of equipment or its replacement. Initial feedback will allow us to make sure that your pumping equipment is installed correctly and highlight all the main points that we may need for warranty repair or replacement of equipment.

This warranty will apply if the following conditions are met:

a) The equipment has been used and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

b) You are the original purchaser of the equipment and not the assignee or subsequent purchaser of the equipment.

c) You must confirm the purchase date by keeping the original invoice. Without such evidence, the Company reserves the right to reject any such claims in accordance with the terms of this Warranty.

d) Within thirty days from the date of discovery of the defect that entailed liability in accordance with paragraph 1 above, you notify the Company in writing.

Warranty periods

Warranty periods may vary depending on the name and type of supplied products. All warranty periods are specified in the contract.

a) Grundfos products (and based on Grundfos products) - 24 months from the date of delivery.

b) Products of other companies supplied by the Company - 12 months from the date of delivery.

c) Extended product warranty is available - 36 months, 48 months. The extended warranty period is also specified in the contract.

d) The warranty period for any product being repaired under warranty is extended by the time of the repair.

e) In the event that a claim for repair or replacement was made in accordance with the terms of this Warranty in circumstances where the defect was not caused by materials or workmanship of the equipment, the Company reserves the right to charge the applicant at its current hourly rates and list prices in relation to the time of any service engineer and any replacement of parts.

f) This warranty is in addition to and does not affect statutory rights as consumers.

g) In case of replacement by the Company, the replaced equipment is returned to the Company and becomes the property of the Company.

h) Diagnostics of equipment, according to the results of which a case of repair under warranty has not been established, is a paid service and is paid by the end customer.

i) No person, firm or company has been given any authority to change the terms of this warranty.
This warranty will apply if the following conditions are met:
